Deadly mass shooting at bar in Thousand Oaks, California

At least 13 people, including a sheriff’s sergeant and the gunman, are dead in a mass shooting at a Southern California bar, according to the Ventura County sheriff. The Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks was filled with hundreds of college students. Carter Evans spoke to witnesses.
