Chef Michael Lomonaco spent his more than 30-year career in the kitchens of New York’s top-tier restaurants. But the boy from Brooklyn still remembers his first Christmas Eve on the job. That night, a homesick Lomonaco cooked a traditional Italian feast for his entire staff and it’s that family style that Lomonaco brings to the world of hospitality. Michelle Miller reports.
