Trump invites congressional leaders to briefing on border security

On day 11 of the partial government shutdown, the president invited congressional leaders from both parties to a briefing at the White House. Wednesday’s meeting comes as thousands wonder when they’ll get their next paycheck. Chip Reid reports.
