John Bolton in Turkey for talks on U.S. troops in Syria

National security adviser John Bolton arrived in Turkey Monday for talks about the future of Syria, and U.S. allies who have been fighting ISIS. His visit comes amid confusion about when U.S. troops will be pulled from Syria. David Martin reports.
