NTP Rangers and MHP Troopers to enforce “Speeding Catches up With You ” campaign
NATCHEZ TRACE PARKWAY (WCBI) – Starting today, Natchez Trace Parkway Rangers and Mississippi Highway Patrol Troopers will be enforcing the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s “Speeding Catches up With You ” campaign.
According to a press release, troopers and Rangers will be protecting the public from aggressive speeding violations, especially on the Natchez Trace.
Drivers are reminded to follow the speed limits.
In 2024, there were over 11,000 speed-related traffic fatalities.
The campaign will be enforced through the end of the month.
