Enjoying Less Mugginess This Weekend!

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI)- After the passage of a slow moving front, northerly winds have filtered in much drier air to the twin states, allowing the opportunity to enjoy more comfortable conditions tonight & this weekend.

TONIGHT: Any cloud cover will continue to dissipate out overnight. Overnight lows will feel nice as they drop down to the upper 60s, with the added bonus of much cooler air to make it feel even better!

SATURDAY: About as good of a forecast you can ask for during the summer time. Expect dry conditions with plenty of sunshine all day long with highs reaching into the mid 90s. Still hot, but you can’t argue with much the much drier air we are set to receive with dew points only reaching the low to mid 60s at the best! Enjoy the outdoors!

SUNDAY: Similar forecast to Saturday with highs in the mid 90s and plenty of sunshine. A lot more humidity tries to creep its way back from the south. This will allow for a few isolated showers and storms to form during the afternoon, but still expecting most to stay dry to end the week.
