Acerkman woman cited for violation of health department orders

ACKERMAN, Miss. (WCBI) – A woman who police officers allege tested positive for coronavirus is facing charges for being out in public.

Quinyelda Iuckett has been cited for violation of health department orders with respect to life-threatening communicable diseases

Police were called to Highway 15 on Wednesday after receiving a call a positive COVID-19 patient was in public.

That’s when Iuckett received the citation.
