Arkansas Woman Sends Shout Out To Itawamba County Officers

ITAWAMBA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – An Arkansas woman traveling through North Mississippi is giving a shout out to some Itawamba County Deputies and Fulton officers after they helped her catch her dog.

Mary Farmer of Bentonville, was on the way to Atlanta for work.

She stopped in Fulton to walk her three dogs when one of them, Bacon, decided to go after a squirrel and broke loose.

In a post on Facebook she calls the officers heroes for coming to the rescue and helping her get Bacon back.

We spoke with Bacon’s owner who said quote, “those guys rocked.”
