Bond denied for man accused of shooting near a high school

EUPORA, Miss. (WCBI) – The man accused of firing a gun near the Eupora High campus will remain jailed until his trial.

Cole Breazele faces federal charges of firing a gun near a school zone and illegal possession of a firearm.

The case stems from a March 28th episode where officers say Breazele fired at least 6 shots on the Eupora High campus.

During a Tuesday court appearance Breazele entered a “not-guilty” plea. The judge also granted the prosecutors request Breazele be held without bond.
