Breaking down voter turnout in 2018 midterms

(CBS) – It’s predicted that more than 100 million Americans voted in their year’s midterm election, with 39 million voting early. In the lead-up to the election, all signs pointed to voter turnout to determine who controlled Congress. CBS News director of elections and surveys Anthony Salvanto joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss voter turnout.
