Cooler Start To The New Work Week

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Today begins a colder start to the new work week after a dry cold front moved through the area this morning. This will help drop afternoon highs for Monday.

Today – The afternoon high today is expected to reach around 76 with more sunshine than earlier this morning. A slightly cooler start when compared to yesterday when it reached up to 88 in Columbus.

Tonight – Lows for tonight will be in the upper 40s with clouds increasing.

Tomorrow – Afternoon highs continue this slightly cooling trend tomorrow as we are expected to only reach the low 70s. There is a slight chance for isolated rain during the afternoon, but most of us should stay dry.
