Flooding causes road closures in Oktibbeha County

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- The rain is still falling, and many county road departments are keeping a watchful eye as flood concerns grow.

In Oktibbeha, some roads have already closed.

Barricades have been placed at the intersection of Steadman Lane and Horseshoe Circle due to flooding damage.

The Oktibbeha County road department says the barricades will remain there until repairs are made.

They want everyone to remember to never drive around a barricaded road.
