Man arrested for child sex charge in Oxford

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – An Abbeville man is facing a child sex charge.

John Wadley, 49, was arrested by Oxford Police this past Friday.

He was arrested for enticement of a minor for sexual purposes.

Police aren’t releasing any other details due to the nature of the case.

Wadley was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center and his bond is set at $50,000.
