Migrants brave the Alps to seek asylum in France

European leaders met in Brussels Thursday, hoping to find a solution to the ongoing migrant crisis. But many are braving a dangerous journey from Italy to France in hopes of getting asylum. CBS News foreign correspondent Seth Doane reports.
