Mississippi on the verge of catastrophic flooding

Mississippi is bracing for potentially catastrophic flooding from the rain-swollen Pearl River. Governor Tate Reeves has declared a state of emergency urging people who live around the capital Jackson to follow mandatory evacuations. Meg Oliver reports.
