Mitt Romney wins Utah Senate race

Mitt Romney is finally heading to Washington after the former Republican presidential nominee won a seat in the Senate from Utah. He may be a rookie senator, but he has an influential voice. CBS News chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford reports.
