New York City paralyzed by 6 inches of snow

Heavy, wet snow brought New York City streets to a standstill Thursday. The conditions were caught on camera and posted by frustrated New Yorkers who had a blizzard of complaints. CBS News national correspondent Michelle Miller reports.
