Note to Self: Rock climber Alex Honnold on exploring his limits

In our Note to Self, rock climber Alex Honnold writes a note to his teenage self. The 33-year-old is one of the biggest names in the adventure sport. Last summer, he became the first and only person so far to climb Yosemite’s El Capitan without any ropes or safety gear. His climb is the subject of a documentary called “Free Solo.”
