State of the Union address postponed until government shutdown ends

President Trump’s State of the Union is now on hold. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says Mr. Trump should not give his address during the partial government shutdown, and the president decided not to find another place to make that speech. Nancy Cordes reports.
