Stranger surprises 5-year-old boy with diabetic alert dog

5-year-old Isaiah has diabetes and wanted an alert dog to help him manage his disease, but they were too expensive. A man who also has diabetes heard Isaiah’s story and drove to another state to buy the special pup for him.
