Tens of thousands petition to change Halloween to a Saturday

Tens of thousands of people are asking the White House to change the date of Halloween. A Change.org petition with more than 31,000 signatures seeks to move the October 31st celebration to the last Saturday of the month, claiming it would make it safer, longer, and stress-free. Jericka Duncan spoke with a Pennsylvania mom in favor of the change.
