Trump says he wants to end birthright citizenship

Republicans, led by the president, are making immigration a top issue in the upcoming midterm elections. The president said he wants to end the constitutional guarantee that anyone born on U.S. soil is automatically a citizen. CBS News chief White House correspondent Major Garrett reports.
