Trump serves fast food by candlelight at White House amid shutdown

No talks are scheduled to end the partial government shutdown, now in its 25th day. President Trump flew to New Orleans Monday to speak to a farmers’ convention. He returned in time to welcome the Clemson Tigers, college football’s new national champions, to a White House reception spread of fast food. Paula Reid reports.
