President Trump tweeted Monday that payments to his alleged mistresses just before the 2016 election were a “private transaction.” Mr. Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen admitted to arranging the payments in exchange for their silence. CBS News Washington correspondent Paula Reid reports.
