U.S.-Mexico border wall was once a bipartisan effort

Starting in 2006, the federal government has built nearly 700 miles of wall and fencing along the U.S.-Mexican border with bipartisan support. Tony Dokoupil reports on how the physical border barrier created a political one, as President Trump and Democrats are currently engaged in a border wall funding standoff.
