Voter suppression “Absolutely, positively, without question” ongoing in 2018

Former Vice President Joe Biden told CBS This Morning co-host Norah O’Donnell that he believes voter suppression is ongoing during the 2018 midterms. He said that he believes America should have automatic voter registration so that everyone can vote.
