Group Launches Campaign For Purchasing Body Cams

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – One non-profit group has launched a crowd-funding campaign to raise money for law enforcement body cameras.
The Monroe County Law Enforcement Wives are working hard to keep deputies safe while in the line of duty.

The group started a Go Fund Me account, raising money to purchase body cameras for Monroe County deputies.

The group has a goal of raising $12,000 dollars.

Around $1,500 dollars has been raised so far.
