LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — An Artesia man is accused of walking down the street to break-in a convience store and stealing the cash register.

Corey Martin, 27, is charged with burglary.

Lowndes County investigators say Martin broke into a Front Street store on September 23rd.

Cigarettes and other items were taken in the burglary.

Martin also lives on Front Street in Artesia.

His bond was set at ten thousand dollars.
