STARKVILLE, Miss. (Press Release) – In a press release sent out on September 15th, Starkville Police asked the publics assistance in locating Xavier Devon Cotton, who was identified as the suspect fleeing the scene of a residential burglary occurring in Wildwood Trailer Park in Starkville, MS. on the 15th.
Today, 19 year old Xavier Devon Cotton was located in the area of Lynn Lane in Starkville. He was arrested without incident on outstanding misdemeanor and felony warrants. He was booked, processed and transported to the Oktibbeha County Jail.
Cotton’s bond for the Residential Burglary is $15,000. He will make his initial appearance in Municipal Court on Monday, September 21st.
