NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WCBI) – Two people are in the Union County jail after a drug bust.

Terry Gresham, 37, and Tabitha Lewis, 36, were arrested on Wednesday morning in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

Union Sheriff Jimmy Edwards says the manager at a hotel complained to law enforcement about the number of people going in and out of a room.

Investigators determined Grissom and Lewis were staying in the room and got a search warrant.

Deputies and the Mississippi Department of Corrections made the arrest after learning the duo went to the store.

Edwards believes their bond will be revoked.
