Video: Search Continues – Family Holding Vigil for Missing Noxubee County Woman

MACON, Miss. (WCBI) – A prayer vigil was held Thursday night for an elderly Noxubee County woman who hasn’t been seen in two weeks.

74 year-old Lucy Wilborn Townsend was last seen walking along Highway 14, near Hill and Simmons Road.

Family members say she suffers from dementia and takes medication.

The prayer vigil was held at Oak Leaf M.B. Church in Mashulaville.

A Silver Alert has been issued, and there is a $2,000.00 reward for anyone who can help investigators find Townsend.
