CAFB Workers Delayed Wednesday

COLUMBUS AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. – Due to forecast inclement weather and potentially hazardous road conditions, Columbus Air Force Base will delay reporting until 9 a.m. for all Columbus AFB operations on Wednesday, November 27, 2013.

The Child Development Center, School Age Program, Bowling Center Fitness Center, Shoppette and Subway will open at 8:30 a.m. All other facilities will open at 9 a.m. or their later regular schedule times. All 14th Medical Group facilities will be closed until 9 a.m.

L-3 Communications employees should contact their supervisor for reporting instructions.

Civilian employees will make administrative time card changes next week. Members who are unable to report by the designated time should advise their supervisor.

Base employees are encouraged to monitor the Columbus AFB webpage, Facebook and local media outlets for further updates.
