2 Arrested for Alleged Retaliation Against Key Witness in Murder Trial

NOXUBEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Two Noxubee County men have been charged with retaliation against a witness.

24-year-old Ladarius Mitchell and 28-year-old Keon Mason were arrested, and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations (MBI) is investigating.

A video circulating on Facebook shows Tommie Orr Jr. being beaten and kicked.

Orr had been a key witness in the Lamarcus Jones murder trial.

Bond for Mitchell and Mason are set at $10,000 each.
