Oxford Police Make Burglary Arrests

(OXFORD, Ms) WCBI – Seeing someone strolling with a cooler isn’t all that unusual during the summer. Seeing someone walking with a cooler full of items stolen from cars that’s a different story.

Oxford Police have charged 21 year old Ryan Gall of Goss Point Michigan with three counts of auto burglary in connection with a series of car break ins around the square. Police say Gall had a cooler full of the hot items when they picked him up close to the scene.
In a separate case, 22 Year old Nicholas Repking of Godfrey faces an auto burglary charge after officers caught him attempting to break into a car. The patrol was already in the area investigating earlier thefts when Repking tripped the alarm on a car and brought police right to him.
