18 Month Meth Investigation

CLAY COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Authorities seize more than $10,000 worth of meth, while suspect remains on the run.

Officers attempted to arrest 36-year-old Marcus Starks, yesterday, December 14, during a drug investigation.

The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics seized around 106 grams of methamphetamine during a search of the Clay County resident’s home.

Starks faces charges of Sale and Trafficking of Meth as well as Possession of Marijuana and felony fleeing charges.

According to MBN Director John Dowdy, Starks is the subject of an 18 month drug investigation.
