MHP Cracks Down- 190 Citations In 5 Hours

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- In an effort to promote safer driving, MHP conducted a 5 hour enforcement detail in Lowndes County Friday evening. The operation  involved 20 area Troopers to man multiple license checkpoints on some of Lowndes County’s major highways.  Enforcement efforts yielded approximately 190 traffic citations along with 6 DUI arrests.  MHP also made 13 other arrests ranging from misdemeanor…
