3 Face Drug Charges in Prentiss County

PRENTISS CO, Miss. (WCBI)- Three people were arrested in Prentiss County on drug charges.

Deputies arrested Kenny Saylors, Jeanne Cochran, and Bart Title, after discovering a half ounce of crystal meth during a traffic stop.

All three were charged with Possession of Controlled Substance with the Intent it Sell or Distribute. The trio was also charged with several other misdemeanors. Tittle was also charged with another malicious mischief.

Bonds were set at $7,000 on Saylors, $10,000 on Tittle on Felony charges and $2,500 on the Misdemeanor Charges, $6,400 on Cochran.

Saylors was just recently charged with manufacturing meth, and was out on bond but had not been indicted at the time of the second arrest.

Prentiss County Deputies and Prentiss County Narcotics Officers worked the case. Officers seized just under $1,000, and a 2004 Nissan Altima as a result of the arrest.

Investigators say during the incident Tittle provided false Information to the Officer about his identify, then attempted to flee on foot but eventually caught.
