Starkville Cotton District Fight Lands A Man Behind Bars

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A fight outside a Starkville bar this weekend ends with one man behind bars.

21-year-old Harrison Browning of Madison is facing an Aggravated Assault charge.

Starkville Police were called about an assault at Gringo’s Bar on University Drive just before 2 Saturday morning.

Police say the victim was taken to OCH Regional Medical Center and later taken to another hospital for treatment.

Browning is out of jail on a $10,000 bond.

His initial municipal court appearance is set for March 19th.
