Cheeseburger Casserole

Every once in a while, a good burger on the grill is just what you need!  But, when it’s raining, who wants to go outside!  This cheeseburger casserole will hit just the spot!  Put it on top of your favorite fries or mix it in with tater tots!  Even with a few veggies, it’s got a little extra healthiness to balance all that bacon and beef!

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1 can – cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 can – cheddar cheese soup (10.5 oz)
1/2 onion – chopped thinly
1.5 cups – frozen broccoli
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 handful spinach
3 – 3oz bags bacon bits
1 – 8oz bag shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Brown and drain ground beef with spices.
2. Stir beef, soups, vegetables and 2/3rds bacon bits in crock-pot.
3. Add cheese, remaining bacon bits on top.
4. Cook low and slow 4-5 hours.
Serve:
Serve warm with toast, fries or tater tots.  You can also bake your fries and then put them in the casserole when they are both done.
