Homemade Flatbread Pizza

Ever crave pizza but never want to have to go out of the house, and delivery is a hassle?  Here’s a healthier spin than take-out pizza with some fresh ingredients!


1 naan/flatbread
sliced fresh mozzarella
tomatoes, thinly sliced
fresh basil
pressed garlic cloves
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt/pepper to taste
1) mix garlic and oil together
2) brush flatbread, place in oven for 5 minutes to crisp up
3) Remove from oven, add cheese and tomatoes on top
4) Place in oven for 5 more minutes
5) Mix oil, garlic and balsamic vinegar.
6) Chop basil leaves up
7) Remove flatbread and drizzle on pizza.  Sprinkle on Basil.

You can also use your favorite ingredients to make any flatbread pizza.  Be careful to not pile too many ingredients on top!  Less is more!
