Candidates meet constituents in Lowndes County

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- Candidates vying for office in Lowndes County were all in one spot Thursday, meeting with their constituents.

The Libertarian Party of Lowndes County hosted the forum so people could get to know those who are running for office.

Over a dozen people filled a conference room at the Hyatt Place Hotel in Columbus.

People running for sheriff, constable, and other local races were all on hand to introduce themselves and answer any questions.
