UPDATE – Victim in Lee County crash named

LEE COUNTY ( WCBI) –  One person is dead following a Wednesday evening motorcycle wreck in Lee County.  Lee County Coroners Carolyn Green says 49 year old Kerry Hamlett died in the wreckSheriff Jim Johnson says the bike was going south on County Road 900 when it left the road and hit a tree.  No one else was involved.  CR 900 runs off Palmetto Road near Verona.
