Pedestrian killed in hit and run, Tupelo Police investigate

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Tupelo Police are investigating one woman’s death after they say she was hit by a car.

Police were called to the 600 block of North Front Street around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

Brandi Oliver, 42, of Birmingham was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say evidence shows the victim was likely hit by a car that fled the scene.

Evidence indicates that possible suspect vehicle is a 2012 -2015 Nissan Altima, unknown color.

Damage would be on center to drivers side front.
