Former Jackson police officer indicted for stalking

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Sources from CBS affiliate WJTV, a former Jackson police officer, was indicted by a Hinds County grand jury for aggravated stalking.

According to police, Jagguar Winder was arrested in March 2025 after a multi-vehicle crash occurred on Buena Vista Avenue at Robinson Road. Police said Winder hit his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle with his personal vehicle before leaving the scene.

According to investigators, Winder pointed a gun at his ex-girlfriend while chasing her down on Robinson Road. He was off-duty at the time of the crash.

Winder was indicted by the grand jury on May 1, 2026.
