Complaint in Prentiss County leads to one man facing several charges

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – On July 31, a Prentiss County Constable was investigating a trespassing and drug activity complaint at Sunflower Housing.

Constable Byron Parker saw several people allegedly trespassing and loitering in a back parking lot.

52-year-old James Bennett was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine and several other misdemeanors.

His bond was set at $5,000.
