Police make an arrest in a July Domestic Violence case in Tupelo
TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Marcus Allen of Houlka is charged with Attempted Aggravated Domestic Violence and Attempted Sexual Battery.
The charges stem from an incident on July 11 when a victim reported they had been assaulted by a person they knew at a home in Tupelo.
Allen was identified as the suspect.
He was arrested on Sunday, August 2.
He was ordered held without bond.
