3 juveniles face multiple felony charges after major criminal activity in Prentiss Co.

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Three juveniles are facing multiple felony charges after a wave of criminal activity in Prentiss County.

The investigation began after Prentiss County deputies received reports of vehicles being broken into.

There was also a report of an attempted home burglary and vandalism to a home.

The investigation led deputies to a home on County Road 2291. There they arrested two male juveniles and reportedly found a cache of stolen property..

That evidence revealed more vehicle break-ins that had not yet been reported by the owners. It also led to the arrest of a third suspect.

All three are charged with four counts of Burglary of a Vehicle and Attempted Burglary of a Residence.

The Sheriff’s Office believes there may be more victims. IF you live near Highway 365 or County Road 2219 in Prentiss County and noticed items missing from your car or home, call the Sheriff’s Office to file a report.
