Oxford Man Faces Sexual Battery Charge

Police say 24 year old Deontae Harris was at a party Saturday night when the alleged attack took place.  The victim said she had gone to bed and during the night Harris came into her room ad had sex with her without her consent.  Bond is set at $5000
