The watchdog group censured Clinkscales in 2015 for judicial misconduct.  The group found she posted biased political statements on social media, did not run the drug court program in a correct manner by keeping some peope in it too long and ordering others to attend against their wishes, and was consistently late for court proceedings.   The Supreme Court ruling means she will have to be publicly censured when the next circuit court starts and pay a $563.18 fine and penalty.  Clinkscales stepped down from the post to run for a spot in the Mississippi Legislature
