Tupelo Nabs Suspected Serial Car Burglar

TUPELO ( WCBI) – Tupelo Police say they have caught the man suspected of a series of car burglaries from last week.   Surveillance video spotted a car in the Bristow and McCullough Boulevard areas where the thefts occured.

Investigators were able to trace the car to David Towery and picked him up on 3 counts of auto burglary.  Bond is set at $30,000 . Towery is also a suspect in similar cases in Pontotoc and Lafayette Counties.
